Today, Mike took us to a motorcycle museum in Pickerington. I have been to many kinds of museums but I have never been to a motorcycle museum so it is totally a new experience to me.
There are many motorcycles in the museum. Motorcycles from the oldest to the newest are displayed with depictions and histories. It introduces the motorcycle's basic knowledge such as the engine and the glories it won.Many famous riders are introduced as well. What's more, there are some strange motorcycles and we can't figure out how they work. There is a long and slim motorcycle which I think will go under water.
I was inspired by a soldier called Dave Barr, whose legs were took by a land mine explosion during his military career. However, he managed to ride around the world. He has been to the Siberian Russia in the dead of winter and the four farthest points of Australia. I think what he has done is wonderful. His willpower and his optimism really encourage me to be more brave to difficulties in my life.
