life is always about challenges.
we are supposed to try different kind of things.
the best thing i find is that i become more confident when i talk to people.
because i am not that afraid to make mistakes.
and i find everyone we meet here is a storehouse.
if you have the courage to talk to people who you are not familiar with,you can learn lots of things from them.
time is limited.so we should make better use of it.
people should take every chance to do what you have never done.
i once want to be a perfect girl and i always want my things done well.
and i used to think that if i can not finish one thing perfectly i will never start to do that.
recently,i found i was totally wrong.
i finally realize that we can actually learn more from the mistakes we made and the failure.
nobody is perfect.
human beings are allowed to make mistakes.
so do not be afraid to lose face or be embarrassed.
no one will laugh at you,on the contrary,people will appreciate your courage.
that's a lot of great observations, daisy. i think you're right--not only are humans allowed to make mistakes, but making mistakes is what makes us human. if we never made mistakes, we would be like superheroes or gods are something, which clearly we are not. so, go ahead and make mistakes and don't be afraid... :)

I really enjoyed chatting with you on Saturday on our zoo trip and happy to answer all of your questions. I was once in your shoes and my Chinese friends and colleagues were equally patient, if not more, with my continuous questions and observations. I hope I keep the same heart as well and will do my best - you should too!
