It is a sun day today and we had a good time planting trees,before the work started we are of greet exciting but also a little worried, we have no ideas about how to dug the earth,how to lay the plant and how to water it.Then the teachers shows us the process and all the details.Having learned it,we are all itching to begin.
And then the work start,with the waving of the spade and the flying of earth,the hole become bigger and bigger,the land is so hard that we have no way to break it but to make every digging full of our biggest power. Then the water came which help we all who are almost exhausted in the sunshine get much better.
In the afternoon,we went to the grassland with the biologist, we saw plant and flower,and some of smell so strange,some of them can come out silk when broken,which makes us realise how colour the world is.
Though so tired,but a meanful day we have!
wow, alexander...did you take a picture of the tree you planted? maybe mike can send you guys updates of the trees each year so you can see them grow. and maybe in a few years you can come back to ohio and visit your fruit trees! a few years ago, i planted fruit trees at my house and this will be the first year i can eat apples from my tree, i think...but in the years to come i hope to eat many apples from it!
