Trip to visit the Dayton Air Force Museum Sunday afternoon after lunch 1 p.m. with Pete

Dayton Air Force Museum
If you have a love for airplanes or are interested in military history, the Dayton Air Force Museum is a great place to visit.  Located right next to the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, this museum holds one of the greatest collection of both military and civilian planes.  With three large indoor halls filled with airplanes and missiles, and a large outdoor viewing area, the Air Force museum has 360 aircraft including the Presidents airplane, Air Force One.  The exhibits takes you on a journey starting with the Wright Brother’s flight at Kitty Hawk and shows the advancements made through the years all the way up to todays most technologically advanced stealth planes.  There are also fun activities to help you learn the basic principles of flight, along with an aircraft simulator that allows you to fly an F-14.

Pete will lead this group to Dayton!
